Shipping Policy

Peaksoul delivers across the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery

• Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery is free on every order.

Order processing

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Delivery areas

We deliver throughout the UAE. We do not ship internationally.

Non-delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or no one is available to receive the parcel, our courier partner will reattempt. Please make sure your contact details and address are accurate.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, so please use the size guide on each product page, or message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you are unsure about your size.
