Shipping Policy

Peaksoul delivers across the UAE and ships to GCC countries and Worldwide.

Delivery

•⁠  ⁠Free delivery across the UAE.
•⁠  ⁠Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai.
•⁠  ⁠Orders placed before 2:00 PM for other UAE cities are delivered the next day.
•⁠  ⁠Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed for delivery on the following business day.
•⁠  ⁠Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates 

•⁠  ⁠UAE: Free delivery.
•⁠  ⁠GCC countries: AED 50 per order.
•⁠  ⁠International destinations: AED 100 per order.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are additional and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Order processing

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Delivery areas

We deliver across the UAE and ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and other international destinations. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

Non-delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or no one is available to receive the parcel, our courier partner will reattempt. Please make sure your contact details and address are accurate.

Returns and exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final: we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peaksoul.shop. See our Refund Policy for details.
