Standard delivery within the UAE: 2–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver throughout the UAE. For international orders, please contact info@peaksoul.shop for assistance.

Non-Delivery:
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will reattempt. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear for hygiene purposes.

Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
